Once an enquiry has been made, we store your name, company name, email address and contact number on a secure internal company database.
We store your details because you have expressed an interest in our company and the products we offer and as much of our work is through repeat bookings, this makes it easier for us to contact you in the future. By submitting your enquiry by email, you agree to this.
Active will request data in order to execute contracts and invoices with our clients and will always let you know why we are requesting data and what it will be used for.
As a rule, we will not share your information with any other third parties, but should the need arise with regards to organising an event or project, we would seek your prior consent.

DATA PROCESSING POLICY
When we receive data from clients, we only use it for the purpose it was intended and will not transmit without the permission of clients.
Furthermore, any data will be encrypted before transfer. Our preferred method of transfer is via We Transfer.
We delete all data of a sensitive nature within 30 days of the completion of an event or project for a client.
We use Dropbox and Google Drive for data storage, and you should read their privacy policies in regard to GDPR.
